The three principals of Irick, Eberhardt, & Mientus aim to provide the resources necessary to fulfill the needs of our clients. Each of the partners graduated from Pennsylvania State University, each spending more than a decade in the field, working locally in eastern PA. They then decided combining their individual strengths and years of industry experience would create an umbrella of expertise capable of providing superior efficiency.

 Since 1996, Irick Eberhardt & Mientus has provided land surveying, land planning, and engineering services across eastern Pennsylvania.  Irick Eberhardt and Mientus has had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, as well as public works.

Some of our previous clients include:


  • John Garis Homes: We provided subdivision design and approvals, PennDOT permits, NPDES permit, building plot plans, and construction stakeout for a 31 lot single family residential subdivision along Route 113 in Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County.
  • TH Properties: We offered land development design and approvals, as well as an NPDES permit, for the Oakwood Terrace development, a 72 unit townhouse age-qualified residential project adjacent to Grandview Hospital in West Rockhill Township, Bucks County.
  • Upper Salford Township: Our team revised the location of the Perkiomen Trail connector at Spring Mount Road, connecting Upper Salford Parks to the Perkiomen Trail, and obtained an NPDES Minor Amendment and provided construction stakeout services.
  • Lutheran Community at Telford: We provided land development design and approvals, as well as an NPDES permit and building plot plans, for a 66 cottage-style residential unit expansion of the LCT Campus in Telford Borough, Bucks County.
  • Carson Helicopters: We offered land development design and approvals, as well as an NPDES permit, for the expansion of helicopter re-manufacturing facilities in Hilltown Township, Bucks County.
  • The Livengrin Foundation: For this project, we provided land development design and approvals for Phase 1 buildings, as well as an NPDES permit, for a new detox and first responders buildings expansion on the existing campus in Bensalem Township, Bucks County.
  • DLP Realty: We worked on the Mountain Hollow project, a 139 unit residential townhouse community in Stroud Township, Monroe County, providing boundary and topographic survey, land development design and approvals, NPDES permit, and building plot plans.
